Do you have a technical background and would you like to grow into a role focused on technical purchasing follow-up and work preparation? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
As a technical order coordinator, you are the key link between engineering, suppliers and the sales organization. You read technical drawings, translate them into accurate purchase orders and closely follow up on deliveries and technical files.
Your responsibilities
- Read technical drawings and check specifications
- Translate drawings into correct purchasing parameters and bills of materials
- Request pricing, compare quotations and place purchase orders
- Follow up on deliveries and verify technical compliance
- Manage technical files in a complete and structured way
Who are we looking for?
- You can understand technical drawings (mechanics, material selection and inspections)
- You have a technical background (e.g. welder, assembler, operator, technician or technical administrative profile)
- You work in a structured and accurate manner
- You communicate easily with suppliers and internal teams
