You will be the key player in monitoring both product quality and production process capability. You'll perform hands-on measurements, track SPC data, and work with operations to ensure consistent output and improvements where needed.
Responsibilities :
- Performing quality inspections on incoming goods, production, and finished products.
- Recording and analyzing data in control charts (SPC).
- Monitoring Ppk/Cpk results and reporting deviations.
- Resolving recurring quality issues in collaboration with production and engineering.
- Preparing quality reports and Pareto analyses.
- Participating in internal audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Supporting operator training on quality standards and visual inspection.
Skills & Profile :
- Strong foundation in measurement, inspection, or quality control.
- Experience with SPC (or willing to be trained in it).
- Technical background (mechanics, production, chemistry, or electromechanics) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytically strong, yet hands-on.
- Communicative and proactive in improvement actions.
- Language skills: Dutch or French; basic English is a plus.
- Familiarity with Excel, control charts, or quality software is a plus.
