At Hannecard, we are looking for an administrative and commercial officer with strong administrative skills and a genuine customer focus. In this role, you are the first point of contact for an international B2B customer portfolio. You process orders, create work orders and ensure full follow-up of files from A to Z.

Your responsibilities
- Daily contact with customers: answering questions, processing orders and proactively following up on files
- Accurately and timely entering customer orders into the ERP system
- Creating production work orders based on customer orders
- Communicating clearly and transparently about delivery times, order status and any deviations
- Ensuring internal coordination with external sales teams, production and logistics
- Monitoring and controlling the entire administrative flow from order to delivery
Who are we looking for?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience
- You are communicative, customer-oriented and administratively precise
- You have a good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is a plus
- You work independently, handle stress well and enjoy working as part of a team
- You are comfortable working with ERP systems and digital tools
