Collaborating with various departments (Production, Maintenance, Quality…), and within an ambitious and human-scale international context, HANNECARD Group is seeking for a Junior Process & Project Engineer to support the company growth in Europe and overseas, with open career prospects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manufacturing Process Improvement: Analysing and benchmarking existing manufacturing practices to identify areas of improvement in order to optimise production methods, eliminate wastes, increase throughput, enhance quality, …
- New processes Design and Development: Designing new manufacturing processes or modifying existing ones to improve Efficiency, introduce new Products, or integrate new technologies
- Technology transfers: Transferring existing technologies to other plants
- Project Management: Organizing and executing industrial projects related to process improvement, product development, or Plants expansion, under coordination with Group cross-functional teams
- Cost Management: Finding cost-effective manufacturing practices, and monitoring project budgets
- Consumables Qualification: Conduct validation tests to approve alternatives in order to secure critical consumables, and generate savings
PROFILE
- Engineer’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electro-mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing context
- Problems solving mindset
- Result-oriented
- Autonomous
- Strong communication skills within a multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English, Dutch or French is required
- Place: Ronse/Belgium + International
