Hannecard introduces new generation polyurethane solutions

New generation polyurethane solutions for the production and conversion of plastic film, flexible packaging, adhesives and labels

Hand in hand with the search for improved conductivity and anti-stick properties, Hannecard has also developed new polyurethane solutions. They complete the range of rubber and composite solutions aiming higher performance on production lines for plastic based, flexible products.
Next to the existing Hannecard-AS range of antistatic polyurethanes, also Hannecard-SC and HanneRelease are now available. These ranges combine semi-conductor properties with improved or even outstanding surface release properties.
Theses compounds are safer in use up to 80 °C and can lead to drastic improvements as to film release speed and reduction of surface contamination.
Specific applications are tower nip rolls, separator rolls, lamination and glue back-up rollers, contact and winder rollers, vacuum systems and tensioning rolls.
