Black coating which is particularly resistant to polar solvents (MEK), esters (acetates), Ketones and special alcohol. This compound especially studied for the requirements of the flexographic sector, is highly resistant to polyammdic and UV inks.

FLEXOGRAF-L
Black coating for printing plate holder sleeves with high mechanical resistance and also resistant to solvents used in Flexographic printing. It has been especially studied for subsequent table laser engraving.

Grey coloured coating for use in contacts with aromatic solvent concentrations for example in the speading of adhesives solutions containing up to 30% of aromatic solvents.

MICROGRAF®
One of our own exclusive coatings in low compression-set micro-cellular foam compound. Black colour, it is especially suitable for use in a special packaging cycle which will grant the constant homogeneity of the foam with maximum softness. Thanks to its soft and constant elasticity between two quick supports, it allows planarity corrections and the elimination of air pockets. Density from 0,150 to 0,350 g/c.m. Hardness: 20-25-35 Shore 00.

NEOGRAF
Black coating with excellent mechanical characteristics. A specific compound for the inking rolls of flexograph printers working mainly with acetate and alcohol based solvents.
A coating with very high hysteresis and very high resistance to cuts, especially studied for bearing high loads and considerable mechanical strain. It is anti-static and especially suitable for rotogravure pressure of the graphic industry because it does not present any deformation thanks to its hydro-repellent properties when normal solvents for rotogravure printing are used.

PRESSOGRAF-F
Special coating with the same mechanical features of PRESSOGRAF and especially suitable to face continuous contacts with solvents and inks. Not subject to ageing.
Black or coloured coating (colour according to choice), especially suitable for inking rolls and for those printing processes using fatty inks, water, alcohol and aliphatic solvents. It is mainly used in the corrugated cardboard and paper bag industries, has a low friction co-efficient. Its resistance to wear is such that rolls coating with its compound is ensured for long life and excellent performance.

ROTOGRAF-E
A light coloured coating with the same characteristics as ROTOGRAF, but especially formulated to stand up to spreading process facing hot-melt, paraffin and waxes.

ROTO/SP
<>A special coating formed with a sub-layer in a micro-cellular rubber foam base and, on the outside, a layer of low hardness compact rubber compound. The characteristic of this coating is its table pliability for special jobs and in all those cases where there is contact with non-homogenous or easily creased surfaces.

SR
A light coloured coating with excellent properties for use at high temperatures. Its main characteristics are its excellent anti-adhesivity, hydro-repellent and low friction co-efficiency. This coating also performs a good resistance to ageing, ozone and oxidation. Thanks to its high dielectric property, its use is suggested for the treater rolls of equipment with Corona treatments, extrusion coating, etc.

SRE
A compound similar to SR but in black colour. It has the same characteristics as the previous product, but it is electrically conductive.
