Job Description
Your main task will be the business development and technical sales of roll coverings in the Russian market. You will conduct an in-depth market analysis of the Russian roll covering market that will allow you to map competitors, define market prices, estimate the size of the market,… You will be responsible for the promotional marketing of the business in Russia. As a Branch Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for the Russian sales branch. You will participate in the evaluation of the plan to upscale the sales branch to a production plant. Your Profile
You have an engineering back-ground what allows you to discuss technical data with the customer to find technical solutions. Additional economics degree or an MBA is a asset. A technical sales experience of minimum 2 to 3 years with proven results is a must to start this challenge. You are a self confident entrepreneur and have the potential to become the managing director of the roll covering business in Russia (Sales + Operations) You are in the possession of a driver’s license, speak/write fluent English, and are familiar with the regular Microsoft office tools. You are willing to travel within Russia for 80% of the time.
