Five years ago, the Hannecard Group expanded its international activities as it acquired the complementary roll covering and polyurethane moulding business unit of Huber+Suhner AG, in Pfaffikon in Switzerland.
Today, we are very pleased to announce that Hannecard GmbH, will move its activities to a brand-new modern facility in Rüti.
This relocation will be a major improvement to advance Hannecard’s responsiveness to customers' delivery requirements. The new production facility in Rüti is equipped with a new polyurethane casting machine, state-of-the-art precision grinding equipment, a dust-free control room and a major R&D laboratory that allows for continuous improvement of product quality.
During the past years, Hannecard GmbH has acquired a strong degree of expertise in the manufacturing of high-end polyurethane coverings for various specialty domains such as rotogravure printing via both classical and electrostatic assist (ESA) methods, label and narrow web printing, packaging, converting and the textile industry. The company is also engaged in the manufacture and sales of elastomer products such as extruded profiles and moulded technical parts. The Rüti facility will mainly serve the Swiss domestic market as well as customers in South Germany and Austria.
The move to the new location will be fully completed by December 1st. The new address details are listed in the right column.
